Having a mare of a day??? ……..this fabulous dish is the one to whip up when you are having one of those stressful and hectic work days. I love preparing this dish as it is super quick and allows me to spend more time playing with my little boy, instead of spending hours in the kitchen preparing and cooking family meals.
You can marinate your chicken or other protein source the day/evening before which will allow the flavours to beautifully infuse themselves into the meat. If you haven’t had a chance to pre-marinate your chicken, turkey etc, don’t worry, half an hour prior to cooking is plenty of time.
This recipe is one of my family favs and is super quick, cheap & easy to prepare :):):) You can switch this dish us using alternative protein sources and a variety of different veg, spices and flavouring. Use the ingredients which tickle your tastebuds the most!! ENJOY!!!
